The Silverstone based British Racing Drivers' Club demonstrates their firm commitment to the development and progression of the countries best young drivers through the Superstar programme. BRDC Superstars is a commercially driven scheme, which supports up to a maximum of 12 drivers throughout 2009 and beyond. Chosen from the best of the UK’s talent, the BRDC Superstars paves the way for a new breed of racing champions all benefiting from the vast experience the BRDC and the programme director Damon Hill.

Alongside his racing commitments, Andy runs Team AMR – a specialist race preparation business located close to the Oulton Park circuit in Cheshire. The company offers a range of services from closed season rebuilds on a Formula Ford up to full ground-up restorations, race preparation and operation of an historic Formula One car for a complete racing season.
