I\'m still buzzing from my first laps of the infamous 14 km Le Mans circuit, but it went really well. We got about 18 laps in; we were going to do 20 but had to come in early as we had a small vibration and wanted to check it.

We each did four or five lap runs and I went after Soheil and before Didier and it was really enjoyable and comfortable. I came in and looked at the data, did three flying laps at a time, looked at the data again, chipped away and I was really happy. I\'m on the pace everywhere except in the Porsche Curves at the moment.
I got down to the Mulsanne on my first lap and they said to me \"Radio check, how is it.\" I said \"****, it\'s quick!!!\" But, to be honest, the speed is easy to get used to; after a lap and a half your brain is already in the groove. The biggest challenge is keeping concentration all the time as it all feels easy...that\'s not being big-headed or stupid but it shows how good the car is. You are on the straight, on the radio talking to your engineer or checking things and you mentally switch off and...boom, suddenly you\'re at a chicane. The braking is the hardest; The Porsche curves are obviously difficult but it\'s going to come as the confidence rises throughout the sessions and the race.
The most difficult part is the high speed corners because you brake and you think, I\'ve come off too early, but it will come. It\'s a question of being patient; it\'ll come. I was not far off Soheil which, for first time here, I\'m happy with.
